CRANBERRY FIZZ
INGREDIENTS
1 part Hendrick’s Gin
1 part cranberry juice
1 part Champagne or soda water
METHOD
Add gin and cranberry juice and ice into a cocktail shaker.
Shake well, fine strain into a highball glass then top with champagne or soda.
Garnish with cucumber
and a mint sprig. -
FRENCH 75
INGREDIENTS
30ml Hendrick’s Gin
10ml sugar syrup
10ml lemon juice
Dash of Champagne
METHOD
Add gin, sugar, lemon and ice into a cocktail shaker.
Shake well and fine strain into a flute.
Top with Champagne. -
HENDRICK'S & TONIC
INGREDIENTS
50ml Hendrick’s Gin
150ml tonic water
3 thinly sliced rounds of cucumber
METHOD
Combine all ingredients in a highball glass filled with cubed ice.
Lightly stir, garnish with
cucumber and serve.
